In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Here is what you will be doing each day: In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast paced restaurant and banquets environment. Does this sound like you? You have at least one year of experience as a line cook in a hotel preferably and and in banquets. You have or have the ability to take your food handlers certification. You are able to stand for long periods of time. Having upscale dining experience is a plus. You have a keen eye for details and you have high quality standards in your work. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
