About The Position
The Club at Strawberry Creek is seeking a skilled and motivated Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. The Banquet Cook will assist in preparing food for weddings, member events, and club banquets. This role supports the culinary team in producing high-quality food for large-scale events.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or banquet experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and events
Responsibilities
- Prepare banquet menu items according to recipes and plating standards
- Assist with event food preparation and production
- Support plating and execution during events
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow sanitation and kitchen safety procedures
