  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items for banquets, private events, and large‑scale functions
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary leadership to ensure timely service
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Support inventory, prep lists, and daily production needs
