About The Position

The Banquet Cook position at Andaz Scottsdale Resort is a part-time role focused on providing culinary support during PM shifts. Requirements

• Grill and sauté experience required.
• 2 years of previous banquet experience in a busy restaurant required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
• Work single stations in the kitchen under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Assist in the preparation of banquet events and functions.
