About The Position

Catawba Island Club is a private, resort-style club that has been family owned and operated for over 50-years. The Banquet Chef position is a unique opportunity for an individual who has - knowledge of various cooking techniques experience executing buffets and plated dinners for large groups of individuals an understanding how to prepare and work with varied ingredients Joining our team will provide the opportunity to: further develop the knowledge and skills of everything banquet related explore ones creativity through specialty parties and multicourse meals Minimum Physical Job Requirements: Ability to bend, stoop, walk and stand for extended periods of time Lift 50 pounds and push carts weighing up to 200 pounds.
