You will work closely with the event planning team, Executive Chef, and Executive Sous Chef to design menus that meet our members' specific needs and preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints. You will supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain the highest food quality and presentation standards. You will also ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
