The Banquet Captain is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffets for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner in a safe, accident-free manner. This role involves assisting guests to ensure that all foods are properly served and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
