As a Banquet Captain, your primary responsibility is to supervise and coordinate the activities of Banquet associates during events. You’ll oversee the set-up, food service, and breakdown of all events while maintaining effective communication with guests to meet their needs and address any changes. Your role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of events and creating memorable experiences for all attendees.
