Banquet Captain
About The Position
As a member of our Banquet team, you are always on stage. Brasada is home to the best wedding venue in Central Oregon, and we ensure that our level of service for those life defining events matches those expectations. The success of those events, and the numerous others that our events team hosts, is dependent on the Banquet team to have the attention to detail required for flawless execution. To be successful in this position, you must enjoy being an integral part of special events. Your responsibilities to manage, plan and direct the banquet operations including service, and set-up of service are critical to the success of our special events. This position will report to the Banquet Manager and will partner closely with the Catering/Sales and Culinary departments to ensure the banquet operations can meet the demands of the clients successfully. Your attention to detail will need to be unmatched and relentless. Your warmness and genuine caring for our guests will be on display at all times. You take pride in the services you provide and feel a great sense of accomplishment when you receive the feedback from your guests that you just assisted with the "best event ever."
Requirements
- Must be available to work varying schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
