We are in search for a Banquet Captain to join our Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Catering & Events Manager. This role will liaise with the Catering & Events Manager and the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Banquet Chef to meet customer expectations. Your main duties and responsibilities will include quality and level of services, preparing the venue, and coordinating the service of meals. Why The Country Club at DC Ranch?
