The Banquet Captain is responsible to supervise and execute all catered events when the Banquet Manager is not available and/or assist the Banquet Manager during the event. Responsible for all setups and breakdowns according to BEO’s and layouts in a timely manner. Supervise Banquet Staff to ensure that members and guest satisfaction standards are consistently attained. The Banquet Captain is responsible for meeting with the Events Director and Banquet Manager on a weekly basis to review events, setups, and breakdown.
