About The Position

Responsible for the Hospitality, Service and Execution of all in house events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.
  • Cannot be convicted of a felony.
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
  • Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
  • Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
  • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
  • Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
  • Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for ensuring the success of all events alongside Fiorella’s Manager and Sales Team
  • Accountable event for set up, service and breakdown
  • Build, Develop and maintain banquet systems and processes
  • Build and maintain cleanliness and organization of facility and equipment
  • Accountable for communicating needs and building efficiencies with the culinary team to ensure successful events
  • Accountable for leading and directing the rest of the Service team
  • Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary
