About The Position
The Banquet Captain is responsible for the execution of catering functions through the supervision of the catering staff while maintaining the highest standards. The position is also responsible for ensuring the completion of all pre/post event duties and assisting the Banquet Manager with additional assigned duties. Located in downtown Tampa, the Straz offers flexible hours, event-based schedules including evenings and weekends, and a team-based work environment.
