The Banquet Beverage Captain coordinates and oversees entire banquet function to ensure proper execution and ensure guest satisfaction. This position is focused primarily on the preparation, oversight, and quality of Catering beverages in addition to the supervision and oversight of Banquet Runners and the implementation of Banquet Running practices. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.50.
