About The Position

Requirements

• Must have open availability with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in banquet or event settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and proper bartending techniques.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during banquet events.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout events.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol laws and Hilton policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations as needed.
• Handle cash and gratuities responsibly and accurately.
