About The Position

As a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate, you will: Handle all aspects of commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies Manage motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom appearances Work on commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings Collaborate with a skilled team focused on creditors' rights and special servicer matters

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy litigation
• Expertise in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and real estate-related litigation
• Experience with motion practice, discovery processes, and courtroom advocacy
• Familiarity with commercial landlord-tenant litigation
• Active bar membership and good standing in the state where you practice
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
