National Financial Firm - Bankruptcy Attorney
About The Position
From our headquarters in California, we prepare all pleadings and documents that are filed by the firm in all jurisdictions throughout the country. We do not farm matters out to local counsel, as do other national law firms. We hire attorneys around the country, just as we do our in-house attorneys. As such, they are not local counsel, but employed by the firm with the same hiring, training and other process as all other employees. Because we go through the actual hiring process with all of our attorneys and have such attorneys in every state, we are a real national firm. This has allowed us to continue to be an approved national law firm for many banks and national services even after extensive audits of our processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Admitted in California
- Previous Bankruptcy Law Experience
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
