About The Position

Work with internal users to execute projects that improve the technology experience of internal & external end users, create operational efficiency and improve insight into system performance while ensuring information integrity. Responsible for assisting with incoming change control request and support questions. Qualifications: This person should have a high school diploma plus be working towards a higher education degree. Effective communication skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines are essential. This person must possess analytical, technical writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment. Principal Responsibilities: Work on projects assigned by Banking Systems Administrators. Document, track, and manage project workstreams as assigned, and provide regular status updates to appropriate administrators and project stakeholders Provide application support on escalated incoming tickets ensure each customer has a positive service experience. Execute on change control tasks as directed by Banking System Administrators in accordance with the change-control policy. Investigate, review, and evaluate business information and processes. Share observations with Banking Systems Administrators as it relates to process improvement opportunities and/or workflow obstacles in support of maintaining a secure, efficient and accurate environment. Assist with researching and implementing effective solutions to departmental needs in accordance with compliance requirements. Assist in creating and updating departmental procedures for all tasks performed. Assist team with service desk support coverage as needed. Perform work by determining priorities, analyzing alternatives, and selecting applicable methods and procedures for completion. Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in employee handbook. Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.
