Requirements

• Minimum of one year retail banking experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new computer applications.

• Ability to multi-task while dealing with various customers and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellence in customer service, education, guidance, and respect to all customers and co-workers.
• Welcomes Bank customers, assesses their needs, and responds appropriately through personal service or re-direction.
• Educates and assists customers with opening various types of deposit and loan accounts.
• Provides information on products and services that meet customer needs in accordance with bank policies.
• Instructs and assists customers in the use of automated banking products.
• Cross-sells bank products and services, referring customers to other departments as appropriate.
• Meets and exceeds sales goals, referrals, and marketing of bank products and services.
• Processes customer check orders and accepts stop payment requests.
• Maintains and balances daily cash drawer, completing various customer transactions.
• Assists customers with Safe Deposit access and questions.
• Completes duties associated with counting and balancing automated banking machines and night deposits.
• Supports outbound call efforts to build banking relationships with clients.
• Adheres to established policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
