RESPONSIBILITIIES: Provide friendly and efficient customer service in person and/or over the telephone. Perform customer account related tasks, including, but not limited to, consumer and business account products and services, certificate renewals, card related activity, wire transfers, retirement accounts, estate and trust account assistance. Serve in the capacity of a Teller when a coverage need arises. Actively educate and promote awareness of Bank products and services to potential and existing customers in an effort to establish and/or expand the customers’ relationship with the Bank. Assist customers and Management with use and maintenance of coin counting machine. Assist in the procedures necessary to close the branch facility daily. Responsible for assuring daily upkeep of ATM and corresponding outdoor area, when necessary. Hold licenses/certifications necessary to negotiate bank products and services, including Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) identification number (may be obtained post-hire). Handle all details in connection with the safe deposit boxes. (within select offices) Be familiar with and adhere to banking regulatory and reporting requirements.
