About The Position

The position involves serving as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives and business unit leaders. The role requires acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on business transformation, digital innovation, and regulatory changes within the banking sector. The individual will be responsible for building and scaling the consulting business by developing go-to-market strategies, driving consulting-led growth, and creating differentiated offerings. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring high client satisfaction and measurable business outcomes. The candidate will manage multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, operations, and technology, while providing thought leadership and domain expertise in banking transformation, including retail banking, commercial banking, payments, wealth management, and risk & compliance. Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments impacting banking is crucial. The individual will represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client forums, and contribute to intellectual capital development through whitepapers, points of view, and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting or client-facing leadership roles within banking and financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale client portfolios ($50M+ revenue responsibility preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and scale a consulting business, including P&L ownership, margin optimization, and KPI management.
  • Deep domain expertise in areas such as digital banking, payments modernization, regulatory compliance, risk management, or core banking transformation.
