As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
