As a Client Services Representative I, you'll play a vital role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include embodying SmartBank's Core Values and Core Purpose, following and embracing the SmartBank Way, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, and directing inquiries to the appropriate channels. You will provide customer support by phone and serve as the primary contact for inbound customer inquiries relating to their bank accounts, e-banking, debit cards, and general problem resolution. Additionally, you will complete dispute, stop payment, change of address, change of account type, and other maintenance forms as necessary. You will respond to email and Live Chat inquiries, assist with Mergers & Acquisitions as needed including working extended hours when needed, and approve mobile deposits in the FIS Xpress Deposits (FXD) system. Delivering superior customer service by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times is essential. You will communicate clearly and concisely with other associates to facilitate a streamlined work environment and client experience, listen to and understand the client's needs, and suggest products and services to strengthen the relationship. Maintaining and managing well-developed professional knowledge of entire products and services and processing returned mail are also part of your responsibilities.
