The Banking Center President is responsible for building relationships to develop lower-middle market relationships with corporations and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $5 million to $500 million. The role requires growing and retaining profitable relationships by focusing on delivering value-added solutions to clients and prospects, helping them reach their goals while maximizing revenues over the life of the relationship. The ideal candidate is a fully experienced, qualified relationship manager capable of independent activity, with proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills. Credit process management is critical, and performance will be measured by effectiveness in various marketing areas, including calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and the ability to build successful relationships. The role also involves seeking opportunities to cross-sell into every relationship and anticipating the future needs of clients.
