As our Banking Center Manager , you’ll lead the daily operations, performance, and culture of the St. Charles branch while building meaningful connections in the community you serve. Requirements

  • Several years of banking experience with strong knowledge of branch operations and retail products
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (KYC/CIP, BSA/AML, operational standards)
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and confident decision-maker
  • Comfortable with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
  • A reliable, consistent, “gets stuff done” mindset
  • A heart for community and a desire to build long-term relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily branch operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, security, and compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop personal bankers and support staff
  • Drive branch performance through sales, service, and relationship-building initiatives
  • Create a welcoming, high-service environment where customers feel known and valued
  • Resolve complex customer needs and support escalated situations with professionalism and care
  • Monitor operational controls including cash management, audits, dual control procedures, and balancing
  • Review branch reports and performance metrics; identify opportunities and take action to improve results
  • Train and develop your team on products, systems, service standards, and compliance
  • Partner with Lending, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to support growth opportunities
  • Build local connections through networking and community involvement
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure strong coverage and teamwork
  • Champion digital banking tools and help customers and staff feel confident using them
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and fun team culture aligned with our values
