About The Position

The Banking Center Manager for Business Development at WesBanco is responsible for leading the operations of a full-service banking center in Kingwood, WV. This role focuses on driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The manager will oversee sales initiatives, community service efforts, and operational compliance while developing staff through training and coaching.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Supervisory or proven leadership experience required.
  • At least two years of banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience or equivalent combination.
  • Strong consumer lending skills preferred; understanding of small business lending is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct preliminary reviews of financial statements and tax returns.

Responsibilities
