About The Position
Banking Associates are responsible for managing individual cash drawers and processing customer transactions. They must maintain established teller cash drawer limits and adhere to work quality standards as outlined in the Teller Balancing Standards. The role involves assisting customers with account maintenance, service issues, and inquiries, as well as performing various bank functions such as night drop, notary, and ATM duties. Banking Associates are also expected to cross-sell additional bank products, achieve individual sales goals, and refer clients to other departments while providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing environments are crucial, especially since Banking Associates often work outside of their home branches. They must stay updated with all technology and remote services and maintain punctual attendance at their scheduled location. The position requires face-to-face interaction with co-workers and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
