About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately on the teller line or platform.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on banking products and services.
• Build trust with customers through educational content and consultative support.
• Utilize TD's systems to engage with customers and deepen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and services based on customer financial needs.
• Manage self-generated leads and partner referrals to enhance customer relationships.
• Provide legendary customer service while transacting and promoting TD products.
• Engage in lobby leadership and manage customer inquiries and appointments.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.
