About The Position

The Banking Associate plays a crucial role in delivering TD's brand promise at a store location by accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. This part-time position involves engaging with customers, processing transactions, and promoting banking products and services to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise and clear.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on banking products and services.
• Provide consultative support and financial advice to customers.
• Manage customer relationships through lead management activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in lobby leadership and assist customers with inquiries and appointments.
• Maintain cash drawers and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
