About The Position

The Banking Associate plays a crucial role in delivering TD's brand promise at a store location by accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. This part-time position requires engaging with customers to build trust, promote banking products, and ensure a positive customer experience while managing various banking tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
