About The Position
A top-rated law firm is seeking a career/oriented Commercial Finance Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join their commercial finance team in Chicago. This legal position will be primarily lender-focused on banks, funds, and other financial institutions in a variety of challenging transactions, including asset-based lending and commercial loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asset-based and commercial finance structures and issues, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work within a team environment. This role involves managing complex transactions, resolving challenges, and providing tailored solutions to clients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills. All candidates must currently be licensed in the state of Illinois.
