As a Banking Advisor I within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Erie, PA. This position may also be located in Lancaster, PA or Mechanicsburg, PA. The Banking Advisor I will be tasked with moving and managing loans for Private Bank clients through the approval, booking, and funding process. This will include obtaining all relevant documentation needed for the loan process including home owners insurance, liquidity statements, etc. Additional responsibilities could eventually include attending client meetings and events in person or remotely. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: - Must be outgoing and professional and courteous - Eager to learn, grow, and develop - Retail banking and lending experience would be beneficial PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of Senior Banking Advisors to observe client meetings, Bank positioning, and client outreach activities.
• Assists Senior Banking Advisors in introducing AMG banking products and services to internal and external clients.
• Aids in prospect discovery, client pre-call planning /meeting prep, post call tracking and follow-up.
• Observes and assists in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
• Assists in servicing book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
• Responsible for proactive outreach to clients based on guidance from Senior Banking Advisor.
• Demonstrates emerging ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.
