Build trust with customers by proactively identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services, ensuring recommendations align with their goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by assisting with account openings and financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner. Educate customers on banking tools, services, and digital platforms to enhance their banking experience. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial products. Build rapport with customers by actively listening, maintaining a positive attitude, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. Balance assigned cash drawer and research any discrepancies as needed. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional banking products and services. Maintain knowledge of all bank products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. Make outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers Meet or exceed daily/weekly calls and sales targets
