About The Position
As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent experience for clients, acting as the face of the Bank. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions accurately and efficiently while assisting clients in achieving their financial goals. This will involve actively referring Bank products and services, as well as selling these products through both in-person and telephone conversations. You will be expected to maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality, contributing effectively as a team member on all assignments. In this entry-level position, you will be required to have at least three months of job-related experience, which includes cash handling, client service, and sales. While previous Teller experience is preferred, strong organizational skills, basic math skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential. Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proper phone and email etiquette, are also necessary to succeed in this role. Building good interpersonal relationships and providing excellent customer service will be key components of your daily responsibilities.
