About The Position

As a Senior Sales & Service Representative at First Citizens Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales and service delivery within the branch. You will be responsible for opening deposit accounts, facilitating payment solutions, and promoting digital access products while identifying and referring sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners. The role requires adaptability to branch needs, providing customer service in both transaction processing and sales capacities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in Sales or customer service
• 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank
• Participation in a First Citizens career development program
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers in conversation about their financial needs
• Opening deposit accounts and ancillary banking products
• Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities

• Processing transactions and other account servicing requests
• Providing coverage for multiple branches
