The Security Officer will safely operate a patrol vehicle to maintain safety and security within a busy retail store parking lot. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, enforcing fire lane parking restrictions, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a high level of vigilance at all times. Officers must provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong verbal de-escalation skills, complete detailed daily reports, and be comfortable using technology, including cell phone reporting systems. Prior security experience is encouraged but not required.
