The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a visible presence within a bank lobby, standing for the duration of the shift while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties include conducting foot patrols, assisting clients and visitors, verbally de-escalating intense situations, and acting as a liaison between bank staff and security management. Security Officers/Security Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
