About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing transaction requests received by telephone such as withdrawals, transfers, and account management.
  • Responding to member inquiries and requests including duplicate statements, payment research, and mailing out necessary documents.
  • Assisting with general Credit Union information related to savings rates, loan rates, and account services.
  • Providing superior member service with efficient and accurate transaction processing.
  • Understanding and adhering to all credit union policies, procedures, safety practices, and security measures.
