We are seeking a Senior Bank Business Process Consultant for our Bank Quality Control Program Team. This role is crucial in executing governance activities for Bank Quality Control Monitoring, which encompasses the management of the QC Methodology, Coverage Plan, Procedures, Technology/Tools, Dashboards/Reporting, and taxonomy requirements such as Experience and Control ownership. The consultant will foster strong partnerships with the Omnichannel Contact Center and Bank Operations Contact Center to support the ongoing development of new monitoring efforts. A high level of risk acumen is essential to ensure that Quality Control is effectively detecting current and emerging risks executed by Omnichannel and Bank Operations Member Service Representatives. The Senior Bank Business Process Consultant will apply advanced knowledge of bank processes and products, acting as a trusted advisor by providing consultation services to internal clients in areas such as strategic sourcing, alternatives and solutions, supplier management, affiliate agreement adherence, third-party risk management, and bank operations. This role involves collecting and consolidating demand to identify opportunities within the Bank, overseeing the development of business process-related solutions for internal clients and members, and evaluating processes/resources to develop effective solutions and improvements that drive the efficient operation of the Bank. We offer a flexible work environment that requires individuals to be in the office four days a week. This position can be based in various locations including San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL.
