We are currently seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for the Bank's Digital and Transformation team. This role requires advanced knowledge of bank processes and products, acting as a trusted advisor to internal clients in areas such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, and third-party risk management. The consultant will collect and consolidate demand, identify opportunities within the Bank, and oversee the development of business process solutions for internal clients and members. The Senior Business Process Consultant will engage with key stakeholders to implement sustainable strategic solutions and develop business process improvements that align with the Bank's strategy and risk management framework. This position involves leading planning and execution efforts for complex projects, applying a comprehensive understanding of risk and regulatory compliance to manage risks effectively. The consultant will also review and develop communication and change management plans to drive awareness of current processes and changes among customers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires using data and analytics to provide insights into customer and business process performance, ensuring that risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with established policies and procedures. The position is based in various locations including San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL, and requires in-office presence four days a week.
