About The Position

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bank Administrative Call Center Representative to join our team on-site in Honolulu. This position supports bank operations by handling escalated customer calls, performing administrative duties, and ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations, confidentiality standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
  • Prior call center experience, preferably within a bank or financial institution, including handling escalated calls
  • Administrative or office experience required, preferably in a banking, financial, or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with banking or financial technology systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to work various hours, days, including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer service calls related to bank accounts, transactions, and services, resolving complex issues promptly and professionally
  • Perform administrative and clerical functions, including documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and follow-up
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and bank information in accordance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive financial and customer matters
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with branch and call center team members to meet service goals and deadlines
  • Accurately document call interactions and administrative actions in banking systems
