The position involves providing superior customer service by responding to high volume telephone and/or email inquiries, requests, and issues while proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role requires researching and resolving problems and errors by taking ownership and following through to resolution. Additionally, the position actively expands existing customer relationships by identifying needs and cross-selling products and services in both inbound and outbound call environments. Adherence to the Critical Staffing Plan is necessary when required.
