Bander Operator - 2nd shift Summary The Bander Operator position is responsible for banding and/or wrapping all finished goods in a manner to insure safe arrival to the customer. In addition, the operator will be trained in the proper operation of a sit-down forklift.
Responsibilities
- Will operate the Mosca Bander and Signode Wrapper with all safety guards in place.
- Responsible for the general cleanliness of the equipment and the area around the equipment.
- Responsible for verifying all counts, quantities and descriptions of materials being received, shipped, or warehoused.
- Responsible for the accuracy and the timely completion of any paperwork associated with the movement of materials.
- Assure that all materials are unitized in a manner to prevent damage.
- Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Overtime is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
