About The Position

Our mission is to provide the highest quality musical products, services, and education to our students and customers. Our repair shop plays a vital role in serving our community, and we want you to be part of our team! If you have experience with band instruments, we'd love to speak with you! Our band instrument repair assistants work over the spring and summer months to clean and refurbish returned and new instruments to get ready to rent or sell. This position is for our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. We are hiring seasonal employees with hours available from now through the end of September. Candidates are welcome to apply for the full period or a shorter window!
Requirements
- Band instrument playing experience a plus but not necessary.
- On the job training provided.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean instrument, mouthpiece, and case.
- Identify any repairs or adjustments that need to be made to the instrument.
- Improve cosmetic appearance of instrument.
- Examine case and repair/replace as necessary.
- Replace included accessory items in case.
- Restock in warehouse once prep is completed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
