About The Position
The position involves developing and delivering effective lesson plans that are aligned with state standards and district curriculum. The educator will be responsible for differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to succeed in a safe and respectful classroom environment. Regular communication with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, the educator will participate in school-wide professional learning and collaborative planning to enhance instructional practices.
