As Balsam Hill's Business to Business GM (Director), you will oversee the evolution and execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow Balsam Hill's global business sales. This role is pivotal in driving omnichannel growth through strategic sector development and a combination of online and offline sales initiatives. Success in this role requires a seasoned leader with strong strategic thinking skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and exceptional relationship-building capabilities. This full-time position reports to the Chief People & Growth Officer located in Redwood City, CA and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.
