About The Position
Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced BALLROOM Instructor to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Vantage Pointe Dance Studios. Our growing studio in Wellington, FL, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching dance.
- Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
- Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
- Must be able to teach a variety of ballroom styles
Nice To Haves
- Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus)
Responsibilities
- Instructing students in Ballroom styles across various skill levels (Ages 5-18).
- Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
- Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
