As a Balloon Artist Seasonal Team Member at Michaels, you will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping our store, and help them find what they're looking for. You will ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience while completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store. Your responsibilities will include maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises, helping customers shop, locating products, and providing them with solutions. You will also engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, complete enrollments, and educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Additionally, you will assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping the store.
Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store.
Maintain store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including merchandise return/go back process.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
Remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations.
Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred retail and/or customer service experience.
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
