Position Title: Baler Operator 3rd shift Location: Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC – 1405 Gateway Blvd, Beloit, WI Starting Pay: $17.60/hour. WHAT OUR BALER OPERATORS DO… They are responsible for all activities associated with safely running the baler including operation, cleanup and recommending improvements to operations; as as safely operating a forklift. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Able to read and follow instructions, and able to communicate effectively.
- Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
- Able to apply concepts of high school math.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing environment and forklift operator experience preferred
