WHAT OUR BALER OPERATORS DO… They are responsible for all activities associated with safely running the baler including operation, cleanup and recommending improvements to operations; as as safely operating a forklift. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Able to read and follow instructions, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
  • Able to apply concepts of high school math.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing environment and forklift operator experience preferred
