Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience and demonstrate strong knowledge of products and Balenciaga's history
  • Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with meaningful data
  • Procure information about current trends and fashion history to discuss with clients
  • Participate in a team environment and foster open communication with team members
  • Contribute to the execution of daily operational tasks per company directives
